A Personal Invitiation: Dialogue In The Bay

Having recently completed a "mooc", I am challenged by the thought of changing my world. However where to start? The following cartoon I had to put in as a reminder of just how fragmented we are:

The last assignment of the course was to create a three minute video of how we are going to change the world. If you are challenged by the word "mooc" it simply means: "massive open online course". The course was called "The Science of Everyday Thinking".

I drew my inspiration from the words: What's Broken?

In 1908 "The Times" Newspaper asked the question:  "What's Wrong With The World?"
Oh, but wait, I'm jumping ahead of myself...watch the video!

Apparently the course was attended by over 80,000 students from all over the world and from almost every conceivable age group. I am personally grateful for the opportunity to answer questions about religion, and Christianity in particular. Questions about the relationship of science to religion, or about differences in religions, can science be compatible with religion, does science necessarily mean the adoption of a particular philosophy, and related questions.

I want to extend that invitation to others, to readers of this blog.
